I was one of the first designers of the company, and the lead designer of the crypto team. My main job was to simplify how our users traded, sent and received crypto. I led a significant redesign of the app's information architecture, optimizing navigation and scalability for future updates. When Lemon stepped into the NFT space, I was the designer in charge, helping more than 600k users get their first NFT. Through all the company's growth, I stayed focused on creating a better, straightforward app for our users, working closely with the Development, QA, and Product teams, and teaching our Design team about cryptocurrency.

Working in a small, self-funded team, I had the autonomy to fully own projects, collaborate closely with developers, and craft meticulous user experiences: from revamping our website to better state our mission, to enhancing user security with a new Security Center and Emergency Kit. I redesigned the Receive flow for clarity and efficiency and played a key role in implementing cutting-edge technologies like Lightning Network and Taproot. Our commitment to high design standards set our work apart and imparted a lesson in excellence that I consider invaluable in my design career.

This was my first step on my UX journey. It was an opportunity to apply everything I’d learned, to solve real-world problems. I had the chance to do user interviews, user testing, customer journeys, create value proposition canvas and many more. I was involved in the complete design process, from initial user research to final implementation. My collaborative work with diverse teams brought improved designs to prominent clients like Banco Galicia and BBVA Banco Francés, and created engaging digital experiences for brands like McDonalds and Cartoon Network.
